Nothing will make you stronger on the inside and on the outside more than a walk in the forest. If you’re just getting started, make sure you hike during the day and do your research to make sure your walk isn’t too strenuous. Set yourself up for success. Do a hike that is considered novice or easy to start with. Don’t start with an escalating hike that’ll leave you out of breath and make you feel terrible the next morning. You should feel good.
