Today, my sister and I went to Ralph’s after heading to the gym and she introduced me to her new craving: yogurt. I usually don’t like yogurt, but chobani’s private selection was actually pretty yummy especially with the granola we bought. It’s difficult eating healthy, especially when you make the switch from living in the dorms to apartments. Especially when food then was easily accessible and a buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Now that I live in the apartments, I have to deal with dishes, buying groceries, and cooking. It’s even worse when my boyfriend comes over, because we’re even lazier and end up ordering so much delivery or going out to try the amazing food around LA. Anyway, anyone have any tips on how to eat healthier when you don’t have much time or inclination to cook?
