There are also specific times in life when you’re more likely to run into money stresses. When your kids go off to college, it can be difficult to figure out how to pay for their education. You may want to consider whether any of them are relationships you’d like to work on improving, or whether there are some that you can and should walk away from.
A lack of relationships can create issues as well. Humans are social creatures, and although there have certainly been some hermits and other solitary individuals throughout history, even most introverts need some human contact to thrive. If you’re struggling to connect with others, you might want to try volunteer work or looking for a group in your town that pursues a hobby or interest of yours. You could also work on deepening relationships with people you already know, such as extended family members or coworkers.
